Voices for Global Change (www.vfgc.org)

Voices for Global Change was founded at the end of 2004 by four international consultants with broad-based training and leadership experience and, perhaps most importantly, a passion for the possible. Their purpose — and passion — in founding Voices for Global Change was to give those who traditionally have not had a voice in their societies, the understanding and tools they need to gain participation and inclusion. Paper to Pearls is a Voices for Global Change initiative.

As the oldest and largest organization serving women professionals in cable and telecommunications, WICT's mission is to develop women leaders.

As part of WICT's commitment to develop women leaders and to celebrate its 30 years of providing an environment of support for women at every stage of their professional journey, WICT has partnered with Paper to Pearls to create a special red, three-strand necklace.

The three stands of beaded pearls in the WICT red represents the three decades of achievement, growth and progress that has been realized through the many programs, activities, chapters and overall leadership of WICT.

The Wings of Refuge Foundation works to support orphans in Tanzania through fundraising, jewelry sales, and their orphanage project. They have teamed up with Paper to Pearls to help support the women of northern Uganda by purchasing beads and incorporating them into their line of jewelry.
